This was a logo design project for a client starting a real estate and property management company. They wanted to include the Mayflower ship in their primary logo, so I developed a few iterations of the ship from an initial sketch. After the ship was dialed in, I created an accompanying word mark. This gave multiple logo options for flexibility: the ship icon, the word mark, and two lockups of them together. Although the project was technically for one logo, by designing each piece to stand alone and/or work together I was able to deliver a more versatile logo set.
